My stats: 21 years old.

170lbs
12% body fat
I have been training for 4-5 years
Diet is 270-300 grams of protein
Carbs between 300-400grams
Calories (don’t really count cals but for this cycle I will be counting and shooting for 3500-4000 calories)
My plan is to gain at least 30 pounds of ripped mass my goal is to be 200 lbs ripped by june.
Test Enanthate 500mg (weeks 1-10) (two 250mg shots taken on Monday and Thursday)
Deca Durabolin 400mg (weeks 1-14) (two 200mg shots taken on Tuesday and Friday)
Nolva 20mg weeks 1-15
vitamin b-6 200mg a day (weeks 1-15)
clomid for 3 weeks off cycle
I ultimatly plan to maintain my juice gains at 200lbs by either cycling once a year max (im not looking to get freakish huge just appe****g ripped)
