what do you think? Why ppl usually use prov/nolvadex together? Is it recommended? Do you think the PCT is correct here? I'm 22 years old, 1,84cm & 84kg. This will be my 1st cycle.

for ur first cycle u should just stick with a test only ..how long have u trained is ur diet in check.

proviron acts like orall masteron so it helps in hardining up & in fighting estrogen & its androgin without anabolic effect so it will not help in recovering ur natural test thats why u shouldnt include it in pct
