    My 8 Week Clean Bulk w/ Superdrol

    I'm going to start a 4 week cycle of Superdrol on Monday, followed by 4 weeks of PCT, where diet and workout intensity will stay exactly the same. Please give me some input as to what you think about my diet. I'm looking to gain about 10-12 pounds post PCT, while keeping fat off as much as possible.

    Stats:
    6'5"...235lbs.

    Harris Bennedict says I need 3,500 cals to maintain, so I'll shoot for 4,000 per day.

    Meal 1 Cals
    10 egg whites w/ ketchup 180
    2 slices of 100% whole wheat toast 200
    1 scoop of whey 80
    1 serving of oats or cream of wheat 130
    Glucorell R

    Meal 2
    1 and 1/2 cans of tuna 200
    Reduced Fat Mayo 20
    2 tbsp of Flax 240
    CLA

    Meal 3
    (shake)
    2 scoops of whey 240
    4 tbsp. natty peanut butter 400
    water
    CLA

    Meal 4
    chicken breast 170
    2 flour tortillas 300
    4 tbsp. BBQ sauce 90
    green beans 35
    Glucorell

    Workout

    Meal 5 PWO
    2 scoops of whey 240
    water
    (no dex this time)

    Meal 6 PPWO
    Chicken breast 200
    Brown Rice 200
    Green Beans 90
    1 c. of black beans 116
    Glucorell

    Meal 7
    Whey Protein Pancake 200
    w/ 1/2 c. skim milk 45
    w/ 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 200
    Sugar Free syrup 20

    Meal 8
    (shake)
    2 scoops of casein 240
    2 tbsp. natty peanut butter 210
    water
    1 tbsp of flax 120
    CLA

    ~4000 cals total
    385g Pro, 300g Carb, 115g Fat


    Do my macros look pretty good? All of my meals are either Pro/Fat or Pro/Carb. Also, I will be incorporating 2 cheat meals on the same day once per week. Cardio will be done 2 times per week at 65% max HR.

    One question I do have is should my diet be the same for non-workout days (twice a week)?
