Aspirating question

Hypothetically speaking, if an individual were to use steroids and aspirated and a little blood filled the syringe with the oil, do you just inject somewhere else with the blood or just basically trash the oil/blood in the syringe? I'm going on a cycle over the summer and just want to clear up any questions I have.

haha thanks. I wasn't too sure and figured I would ask before I go through with my cycle and aspirate and see some blood then dump the gear. I figured it was alright, but wasnt 100%.
