should there be a knot?

i was a little concerned about the knot that i feel were I took my last shot. It seems to not be as big as it was yesterday. should i be concerened? did i take it to fast? i'm shooting sust twice a week.

could be an infection. red? itchy? hot?

try a really hot shower and massage under the water

could be from the prop in there which feels like that for about 3-4days or if you didn't massage it right after you inject that could be the reason but all is normal.
