In all seriousness, your dick size won't be affected positively or negatively with aas use. There may be more stimulation (higher sex drive) as so with test, so it may appear bigger, but this is just stimulation and appearance. Say you were to do a deca only cycle (big no no by the way) you may notice it difficult to achieve/maintain an erection and this will put you under the idea that it has gotten smaller, but in actuality, again, it is just because less blood flow in this area and it does not "appear" to be as big, but the underlying size you are capable of or so to speak is unaffected. This in large part is my opinion, I had a long discussion about this with another member awhile back.

i read somewhere that the base of the penis, where it attaches to your pelvic region, is indeed a muscle, and that may possibly become larger, adding (minimal) length. sounds daft but awhile back i ran a deca/winstrol cycle, with no test, never got any libido problems, and my fella seemed to be about a third of an inch longer

That's a ligament, not muscle that you are referring to. But if you cut that ligament, you can gain 1-1.5" in length.
