I haven't taken any gear in about 7 years and when I did it was mild.
I'm 6'3 about 220 and my bodyfat is about 18% at this time. Not nearly as cut as I would like to be but I'm interested in putting on another 10lbs of muscle and regular eating like a madman isn't doing it.
I already have my Deca but from the research and hours of reading I'm doing, it's becoming fast apparent that Deca by itself is a bad idea.![]()
I'd like to take Deca with an Oral like D-bol if you all think that's a good idea.
But I'm also open to taking 2cc's of Test/Deca mix twice a week.
I do want to keep it a mild cycle as being a born again newbie I'm fairly sure I'll get 10lbs over 12 weeks.
I'd like to keep my Deca to 200mg a week but understand that my current bodyweight might need more.
I don't really want to jab myself more than 2 times per week.
