Sustanon 250 and kidney problems?

My friend is 40 and just started sust 250. 500 for the first 3 weeks then 250 for the last 7 weeks. He has always had kidney problems. Will this cause extra pressure on the kidneys or will he be ok?

Any advice is very welcome!!

Oh yes and he is doing clomid from week 12-14. Will this cause any kidney problems?

first of all what kind of problems does he have? and yes sust and any androgen can be very hard on the kidneys if used wrong.
test is not kidney toxic but test will cause water retention and high blood presure and these two sides are hard on the kidneys.
what I suggest is that he runs a low dose and uses arimidex to cut out water retention. water retention also causes high blood pressure so arimidex will take care of the problem he should still stay away from high sodium and check his bp good luck..
