I think I need to stop drinking

I realize when I woke up this morning from another nasty hangover that its just not worth it. EVERTIME I go out drinking theres is a stupid fight over the pettiest things. I'm not exactly a calm drunk and that has alot to do with it but its just not fun anymore. At 25 years old I need to do something else on friday and saturday nights. Problem is if you don't have a steady girl and everybody you know is going out what else is there to do?

I've drank the past 2 weekends and it makes me sick afterwards..I start gettin all paranoid Im losing muscle. I drank like twice all of last semester so ya. I just go out and bring some water with me or somethin usually or dont go out at all.

Yeah I think its time for me to hang up my party shoes for now, at 25 I think I had enough time to get the crazy sh#t out of my system. I'm just gonna save it for special occasions once in a great while. I'm just gonna focus on my body that much more. I start a cycle in about a week so that will definetaly make me not wanna drink. I can't stand hearing those stories the next day from the previuos night of drinking and not remembering I did those things.

i only get angry when someone fu_ks with me. any other time though, im everyone's best friend when im sh_t faced drunk. i got no worries when im like that cause if someone starts shit its all good. im easy to get along with, but if someone decides to be brave and try sucker punching me (which has happened a few times) they are very surprised when im not even phased by it. the nerves in my head are already dead from the bad habbits i have... but when im drunk i dont feel a damn thing.

in all honesty no there isnt much to do besides drink on a friday or saturday night when you're single. there's nothing really open past 10 thats fun. and if you wanna do something besides drink you better hope you have some friends that dont drink. when I stopped drinking on cycle when I was single all I did on fridays on saturdays was watch movies by myself. I have like 3 friends total that are willing to not drink on the weekends. bowling is fun for only so long. its a good thing I have a girlfriend now who is willing to stay in with me on weekends.
