Are you sure i have heard it will be an hole if the take out the gland.

That is why most docs leave a little piece of "cosmetic gland" at the front to preserve appearance.

No not yet at least. I am doubleing my anti-e's to prevent it. It may all be up in my head, but my nips feel alot better today. I am just glad to know that you CAN get it again. I couldn't find an answer to it for the longest time. My doc said that it "could" come back, but was far less likely. I guess, once you have gyno, you always have it, its just the gland that you have built up is cut out. I guess the little bit of gland that is left is still sensitive.

yes they will leave a little gland to preserve appearance I just got done talking to a leading surgeon in argentina. I will be doing the surgery in august. If they dont leave a little itll be caved in. it can come back but is less likely.

i had my gyno surgey 8 months ago.
You have 2 choices:1) partial gland removal 2)entire gland removal
If you are gyno prone and/or you're under roids i strongly recommend you the "full" removal.
In fact if you choose the partial removal your surgeon will leave you a small portion of gland to avoid the "hole" and,if you won't take your anti-e during your cycles you'll risk to get your tits back.
About the "hole" ; the doctors who I talked to about it were seeming very worried to the point , but in the gym where i'm training there are a lot of fully-glands-removed guys and the look fine...........

I have had gyno surgery i posted pix. i ahd my gland fully removed along with a little over a liter of fat tissue(yes I had massive bitch tits) I havent had it back and all I do is take proviron with my cycle. It is a lil harder 2 sculpt your chest since you hae a lil' empty void behind your nipple I can stcik my finger and liek there is nuttin but hollow space behind my nipple. I luv da results
