Putting my vitamins under my tongue?

For all the vitamins I take, should I put them under my tongue for better absorption or does it just mix with salvia and do the same thing as if you just swallowed it?

i've heard that taking some vitamins sublingally (under the tongue) is best for optimal absorbtion (this is coming from my uncle who is a pharmacist). However I don't think all vitamins could be dissolved like that, the only one I have that my uncle tells me to take sublingaly is my B-12

normal caped or tab vitamins has fillers so it wont be absorbed under the tounge the ones specifically made for sublingual application have an additive to make them pass through the skin layer under your tounge.

you wont notice any difference in absorbtion

I used sublingual yohimbe bark extract liquid and it caused small white dots underneath my tongue. Anyone know what the cause of this was? My dentist freaked out when he saw it.

I have heard many multivitamins contain synthetic vitamins which arent very well used by the body. Is this true? What is a good multi containing natural vitamins?
