its not as good as people think. i take it every day cause its cheap and studies indicate that it does help with prostate and other vital functions. imo if you have no money and cant aford it then dont bother.
no money and can't afford what? b-6? lol. money is certainly not the object hereOriginally Posted by Juicy Sauce
Im taking 250mg ed cuz Im running a fairly high dose of deca right now.. with test of course...But I have always heard its better to run it with the deca anyways....
im very sensitive to both estrogen and progesterone related sides and can tell that b6 is def worthy of having in my regiment. its cheap and effective
really, can you elaborate? I mean have you gone without and noticed sides or?Originally Posted by scotttiger54
if i dont take it , i will lactate lol![]()
haha yea bro ive gone without it and noticed sides. i wasn't always a member here. used to run deca only cycles quite frequently and had the chance to use b6 with one of these cycles and had no itchy, puffy nips, and less bloat. everyone is different though, one rule doesn't necissarily(sp?) apply to an entire population of users. so perhaps to some it would prove to be uselessOriginally Posted by smiler
I run it in my cycles with deca at 200mg/day for progest gyno. I do not know if it is that I am just not prone to progest gyno or the b-6 worked. I am not willing to take any chances. I would like to here others experience regarding this. Namely people who know that they are gyno prone and have used B-6 and can definatively say that it works. Good luck
well i actually do take it as well. thing is recently added tren to cycle of deca and test. no gyno probs ever but i guess the point was if it's useless then i should get something eles as well, like bromo. just have seen too many negatives on bromo so if b-6 seems effective why use anything else.Originally Posted by scotttiger54

I use it and used it during my Deca/Test cycle. I noticed about 8 weeks in I started milking like a dairy cow.. hee well maybe not.. I started to get itchy and some puffyness.. I added 300mg of B6 a day and also tried Letro but that liqued stuff tasted horrible so I only did the B6 and everything seemed to be better shortly afterwards.. I dropped back to 100mg after the cycle because I have read there are some issues with long term use over 200mg **.. I don't think you body needs much B6 off cycle but each pill is 100mg so that is what I take that amount.
** Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) overdose, toxicity, side effects
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Vitamin B6 is usually safe, at intakes up to 200 mg per day in adults. However, vitamin B6 can cause neurological disorders, such as loss of sensation in legs and imbalance, when taken in high doses (200 mg or more per day) over a long period of time. Vitamin B6 toxicity can damage sensory nerves, leading to numbness in the hands and feet as well as difficulty walking. Symptoms of a pyridoxine overdose may include poor coordination, staggering, numbness, decreased sensation to touch, temperature, and vibration,; and tiredness for up to six months.

well with no sides i wouldn't call it useless if your running deca and tren together with no sides. sounds like everything is running smoothly, why tweak anything?Originally Posted by smiler
cuz only recently was tren added. like 1 week ago. so if it stays this way great but if sides begin does 1 up the b-6 dose or look elsewhere?Originally Posted by scotttiger54
btw I am not by any means calling it useless, just heard that from from very experienced guys..yea, yea i know we are all differentOriginally Posted by scotttiger54
how bout this bromo? why not get some dostinex on hand. go with the b6 for a while and maybe u wont need to use the dos. but if u start to get ichy nips, well then its a good thing that you have the dos. sound good?Originally Posted by smiler
B6 is given to women by some Gynecologists after child birth to make them stop lactating if they are not going to breast feed thier child.
I have also used B6 in both cycles I ran with tren and not once have I lactated.
Alright bro. Here it is. If you are having progesterone related gyno, like itchy sensative nipples, lactating, etc. Then i would give the B6 a try. Its pretty cheap and at 200mg ED it worked wonders for me. Without the B6, my nipples were tiching like CRAZY!!! Even with Nolva!!! As soon as I jumped onto B6 the itching dissapered. I would swear by it, but everyone is different. If you dont notice any progesterone sides, then dont bother with it. But if you start to feel like you are having some slight progesterone related gyno problems, then go for it.
good imput, thanx for the reply. I'm ruuning b6 and all is good so guess there is nothing to fix. surprised I haven't heard more negative things about it.Originally Posted by legobricks
B6 works like a champ! I developed a bb size lump during my last cycle of Test/Tren and after two weeks at 600mg ED and 40mg ED Nolva the soreness went away and lump did shortly after cycle was completed.
I recently started a Test/Deca cycle and 5 weeks in the lump reappeared larger than before and is painful. I have been on the b6 and Nolva for 10 days and I am starting to feel the soreness drop by a great deal.
Main thing is to remember that it takes about 10-1 days to notice it's working...
Let me know if I can help....
