    for your age you really should be taking any prohormons like 1-ad. when you take those types of pills it shuts down your natural test just like steroids.

    i am tall liek you 6'4 i was 215 when i graduated, i am now 240. I think this is very achievable for you with diet and training. How is your diet

    honestly i know alot about training and dieting, and i eat pretty healthy but i am still in school so lunch room food is never the best! and now i have my college workout for next year so i come home every day and can eat healthy but heres a sample of my diet....

    7 am- 50 grams of whey

    9 am- 2 sausage biscuit

    11 am- whatever cheap source of protein at my school, and i eat crap carbs and sweet once in awhike

    2 pm- pre workout protein and 4 eggs

    5pm- post workout protein and or chicken/eggs

    6 pm- dinner which is whatever is made

    10pm- protein and or pbj

    i know its lame, but i try....any suiggestions????

    if you know so much why dont you eat better, i would start to bring my own lunch to school for one. count your carbs and protein, i am sure you know that much, check out the diet section for sure. there is a plethra of information on this site.
