remote control for computer

i recently hooked up an s-video cable from laptop to my tv. i dont have a dvd player so i use my laptop as a dvd player which projects the image to my tv. The picture is perfect. I play my dvd's through windows media player. Is there a remote control i can use to control the playback of my dvd?

You would need other stuff to get this to work. You would need something that would be able to recieve the signal from the remote and also software to understand what it's doing.
