Please forgive my ignorance, but Im a little confused.
I have some clen in hand right now, and was wanting to start taking it tomorrow.
My ?? is, Should I do any cardio at all while on clen, or should I just lift weights and moderate cardio?? From what I read, after reading the handbook on clen,
and just about every other topic on it, I haven't ran across anything that whould answer my ??
I know it raises you heart rate, and I assume doing cardio would only raise it higher. I don't want to have a heart attack.LOL but I would like to lose about 10 pounds.
Would it work with no cardio, and a strict diet, with just weight lifting??? Just want to get it right and not waste time, or money.
