Yes test is test the difference just in the esters, get the Enanthate the only thing you will notice a little more water retention just keep the dosage the same.

There is a long and two medium esters in Sust. (and a little prop)
I really doubt if you'll see any difference changing over to E.

It will be fine. I would use a little more for first injection, then your normal amount.
