    My Outlined Diet...Advice?

    8:30 MEAL 1
    egg whites, oatmeal, fish oil

    11:30 MEAL 2
    pro complex protein shake w/olive oil, flaxseed oil

    2:30 MEAL 3
    chicken breast, fish oil

    4:15 PRE WORKOUT
    no explode

    4:45 WORKOUT

    7:00 (POST WORKOUT) MEAL 4
    cyto gainer protein/carb shake

    8:45 MEAL 5
    lean protein, 2tbs peanut butter, flaxseed oil

    10:00 MEAL 6 (SLEEPY SNACK)
    peanuts, fish oil, multi-vitamin

    TOTALS::: protein: 260g
    carbs: 180g
    fats: 55g

    Im 5'11'' about 170 lbs. Im just looking to gain some nice lean muscle and maybe loss the tab bit of belly fat I have.

    If Meal 5 is your PPWO, you're going to need carbs (white/brown rice, sweet potato etc etc).

    Meal 1 shouldn't have Oil's in it

    Meal 2 should have your gainer Shake

    PWO (Meal 4) Should be Pro Complex/Dex 2:1 (If you choose to go the Simple Carb route)

    PPWO (Meal 5) should be an hour after Meal 4... So About 8ish
    And should have No fats in it...Complex carbs only

    Meal 6 should have Flax in it, 1 Tbs about 14 gms of it and (I perfer) 1 scoop Whey and cup of fat free Cottege Cheese for night time

    Last, WHERE ARE THE VEGGIES!
