Too much H2O?

This may be a dumb question, but on cycle, I always drink about 2 gallons of water ED. Along with cranberry extract tabs for to help the kidneys.

Could drinking too much H20 be negative? I always thought this was about right?

Could I be retaining more water than needed. I always thought drinking more water would help sched water.

2 gallons of water is perfect. Stick with that.

Two gallons is fine. Drinking too much h2o can cause a condition known as hyponatremia (water intoxication), which is a rare condition. It more common with endurance athletes (marathons, triathlons) then any other sports. The symptoms are the same as being dehydrated. Three gallons in 24hr period would be pushing it.
