Quick question.
I have been searching this site for the better part of 6 mos. Just recently actually signed up.

Stats are:
Age: 37
Height 6"2
Current weight 260 lbs
Bodyfat is sorta high @ 27%

Ive read the threads saying I need to get a lower BF--and I agree.
I DO indeed plan on increasing the cardio to 30mins 4-5 days a week
My goal is to {like everybody else} is to loose fat and increase strength.
Ive been going to the gym for the better part of 15 years. On and off. Never REALLY went at it correctly ...untill now.
This would be my first cycle{ever}.
..and its looking like this:
Test ONLY
12 weeks
weeks 1-4 Cyp 400mg
weeks 5-8 Cyp 500mg
weeks 9-12 Cyp 600mg

Also on hand I have Nolvadex.
