    TEST ONLY cycle {another question} seriously

    OK---
    Quick question.
    I have been searching this site for the better part of 6 mos. Just recently actually signed up.

    Stats are:
    Age: 37
    Height 6"2
    Current weight 260 lbs
    Bodyfat is sorta high @ 27%

    Ive read the threads saying I need to get a lower BF--and I agree.
    I DO indeed plan on increasing the cardio to 30mins 4-5 days a week
    My goal is to {like everybody else} is to loose fat and increase strength.

    Ive been going to the gym for the better part of 15 years. On and off. Never REALLY went at it correctly ...untill now.
    This would be my first cycle{ever}.

    ..and its looking like this:
    Test ONLY
    12 weeks
    weeks 1-4 Cyp 400mg
    weeks 5-8 Cyp 500mg
    weeks 9-12 Cyp 600mg
    -------------------------
    Thats all.
    Also on hand I have Nolvadex.
    So my questions to all u sharpies is: How does this look?

    i wouldnt advise a cycle now but if you were going to do it run the cyp weeks 1-10 or 1-12 500mg then pct 18 days after last shot might as well keep blood levels stable

    Well I mean you could use the Test to support you in your effort to lose weight. Get on a really hardcore diet, go to the diet forum and check out the sample cutting diets they have there. Do cardio for 45mins in the mornings on an empty stomach to help you get the best results for fat loss.
    As for the cycle you can run it like I said but dont use it to bulk up, use it for the purpose of allowing the added testosterone to help you reduce bodyfat WHILE following a good diet/cardio regimen.

    And I was never one to believe in pyramiding. Simply run it 10 or 12 weeks at 500mg each week (injections every 3.5 days...Sunday night and Thursday morning for example).

    Exactly what I did, and I also
    had a high BF back then, real
    high. That forum is awesome
    and will help greatly.
    I waited to drop the fat and
    was training for a few years
    straight,not on and off,before
    I did my first.

    So my idea of once a week injections wont work?
    I realllllly like the concept of loosing fat while on Cyp.

    Anytime man...we are here to help. I would inject twice a week for sure, it keeps blood levels more even throughout your cycle, so you dont have as much of an up and down steroid level in your blood stream, helping to minimize possible side effects that you could be susceptible to. But feel free to ask as many questions as you need to, it is much better to be overly-cautious then underly so.

    But like I said before, cruise on over to the diet forum and read into some good cutting diets, there are some really smart guys on this site to help you figure out what type of diet is best suited for you and how your present diet stacks up. Also the cardio, there isnt too much to learn about that. Empty stomach right in the morning is the best time. If you consume anything before you go it should maybe be some glutamine to help sustain LBM. 45 minutes is a standard at low intensity for good fatty acid oxidation, so you wont lose too much muscle. 65% Max HR I think is what most people go for.

    As this is the steroid forum I wont go into a ton of other info, and will let you post your diet etc in the diet forum and let your main advice stem from there. I will swing by there in the next few days to see if you have posted and help you then.
