    Eggs

    Ok heres the deal. I have a hard ass time eating within 2 hours of getting up in the morning. I find it very difficult to eat 7 egg whites and a couple yokes cooked, ontop of toast and oatmeal. I find it easier to mix em with my juice and drink em. Am i getting the same cals and proteins raw as apposed to cooking them?

    gross!.. why not just buy like 2 dozen and hard boil them then put them all back in the cartons this way u can grab one whenever? I do this all the time cause if i have to go to work or something i'll grab 2 on my way out the door one for the ride there and another at my smoke break or egg break since i don't smoke.

    raw is 10x better than cooked, i could eat raw eggs all day long

    raw eggs has been beaten to death here. You dont absorb as much of the protein(only half of it if I remember right) and you run a small but not miniscule risk of catching salmonella.

    Have a shake instead in the morning and eat a real meal 2 hours after

    yah, that's what I do. sometimes don't feel like eating as soon as I get up, so I have a shake, then wake up and make a huge breakfast

    thanks johan, i had no idea that eating eggs raw limits absorbtion. Why the hell am i wasting them in my shake!
