    500mg not enough for 1st cycle

    I started sust exactly 3 weeks ago, - 1amp every other day for 1st 2 weeks (~1000mg/wk). This was great- gained lean mass and lost fat around love handles. Cut down to 1/2 amp every-other day for this past week and gained the fat back- so stomach circumference is exactly how it was when i started, so i'm thinking about bumping the dose back up. Thanks for your thoughts on this.

    1000mg for a first cycle is way over kill work on your diet don't just start taking load's of gear

    Yeah, but 1000mg/wk of sust doesn't mean 1000mg/wk of test.

    1000 mgs is too much test for a first cycle. I'd definately cut that back. You're body doesn't need that much. Work on your diet, and try changing up your training routine. 500mgs per week is more than enough for a first cycle.

    1 gram of test for a first timer?! Waaaaaay too much bro. 500mg is plenty.

    Maybe not the answers you wanted, but with 42 posts and based on your question's phraseology, you must have anticipated these responses. LX is right give the 500 time to work.

    from personal experience i did 500mg/wk for 5 weeks.. and wasnt getting any really "noticeable" gains...now that i bumped up to 400mg every 3 days... last 2 n half weeks have really been heavy gains... i cant wait for the last 2 n ahalf... thats me tho.. i would say go 800mg/wk..

    First cycle?

    No one is arguing the "Fact" that more Test equals better gains/results. The issue is one gradual increase vs. rapid increase, and which is better for your training, body and health.

    well u dont know how much u would have gained anyway with the earlier dose..

    that is true i guess... but i really wasnt feeling a whole lot.. in those 5 weeks, i gained 5lbs... and im sure that was mainly due to my diet... imo its not a drastic increase... some people will react differently though for me its been fine, no sides besides VERY minor back and chest acne.. but im not justifying this for everyone just giving my input from my experience, take it for what its worth

    oh and i should add, this was "technically" my first cycle altho not first ever experience with aas.. i did a 10mg/5wk 4 months prior.. had to stop however due to a shoulder injury.. i doubt the circumstances would be any different with me having that minor experience with aas or not

    5 weeks you didnt get gains because all of the esters did not kick in yet.

    1 gram of test for a first cycle....not the first time i heard this today!young powerlifter i know(only 18)says to me today that he is going on a gram of test per week and he is going to front load with 2 grams.....i said to this tool man one you should wait at least till your out of your teens and secondally if you do use 500mg per week and that is all!!!!!!!now he is in for a good chance at breaking a few teenage world records but at those doses he is also going to do some real damage....he then goes on to talk about adding in 100mg drol per day?!
    why do people think you need some much gear???!man you dont use test as a fat burner to lose love handles thats what diet is for!

    When I say that “1000mg sust does not equal 1000mg of test” I’m talking about the amount of test you’re actually getting in the weeks following your injections, - & not about the amount of test in 4 vials. So no, I’M NOT THE MORON WHO THINKS SUST IS NOT TEST.

    i know that 1 g of sust dosent mean 1 g of pure test but it still a highj dose for a 1st cycle look dude aas is not the only way for mass u can take 1 g of test as u wanna do but without good nutrition ull not gain any mass food is the key
