proviron dosing

my question is simple: it is best to split the dose during the day or take all at the same time?

now i'm taking 50 mg split in 2 dose and i don't feel any advantage...

i'm on 800mg enanthate, 800 mg equipoise

Yeah, it has a active-life of around 12 hours, so take every 12 hours then. Like 10 in the morning, and 10 at night.
can also up the dose, all though i don`t know if you nedd to, 50 does it for me

50 is enough u can take nolva with it

If Proviron is the only anti-estrogen being used, 1mg Prov. per 10mg Test is recomended.

Spit the dosage up twice daily.

I have run proviron at up to 100mg/ day, i cant say i really noticed that much differnce from 50.
I always took mine in divided doses in accordance with the suggested half life.

Couldn't have said it better.........nolva is very important with proviron w/ proviron, what ever the dose is........there are a lotta threads on that.
