Quick gyno question to the informed: My nips are puffy and sticking out a bit when i'm fully relaxed like right after I wake up. The puffyness also runs down the side of my chest a little under my arm but its most noticable right at the nipple. However, when I workout, or when its cold and my nips get hard that entire area tightens up and the puffyness goes away. I can't feel any hard areas under the nipple so im not sure what the deal is.

The last cycle i took was just EQ all by itself, which, from what I've read will only cause gyno in rare cases. The only thing is when I took it I was just comming back from a looong lay off from the gym so I had pretty high bf% and was probably prone to it.

Im two months back into training and have lost about 25lbs but as my bf% gets lower my nips seem more puffy.

I'm at about 17.5% now and just started some clen today. I'm hoping to be down to 10% in 6 weeks but I'm not sure how to handle this situation now. Should I just wait until my bf% gets lower and see what happens or should I get some nolva now? And even if I do get the nolva will it do anything if it is gyno (the eq cycle was about 9 months ago)?

Anyone with experience with this let me know.
