Does it matter if liquid VAR and NOLVA are mixed in juice and taken together? Or should they be taken by themselves?

Put them in a glass of grapejuice or something similar and enjoy. I prefer a shot glass.

Not someone saying something like, "Well, I read in the latest issue of Omni that...." You guys know what I mean. LMAO. Anyway, thanks all. I will mix them together in orange juice. glad to help...and just for the record im not taking credit for anyones answer im just speaking for all of us ive learned a lot from the members here and i hope to pass some of that knowledge on as accurately as possible
