If your legs matched your upper body you would be 20-30 pounds heavier. Legs need some serious catch up work to match your upper body.

I think there is a big discrepancy between your upper and lower half. Split your leg training to twice a week. One day quads. Hamstrings & calves the other day.Originally Posted by tman55
