Hey guys I have a a broken vial of Hcg the one that comes in the powder the top is broken, maybe due to the package, so my question is, since it is powder is it still ok to use it?

I wouldn't use it. The powder she be re-constituted as soon as the amp is broken. It may not be sterile anymore.
