I'd say low teens, honestly though, i see a lot of bf pics and questions. I think it's worth it to go buy a bf scale. I picked up a tanita ultimate scale for like 50 bucks, use it all the time. It's not perfectly accurate but it is pretty damn good. No better way to truly measure your progress too then by tracking your bf with your weight.

    13%

You shouldn't be worried about your BF, you should be trying to put on some muscle.

Well they have limitations, one being sensitive to body hydration. Also they have difficulty on the extremes. I have a friend who was measured at 6% using the water submersion method but my scale would put him at 9-10%. It's not going to be perfectly accurate at low levels, but it will give you a good idea. Also a little bit of muscle mass can make a huge difference. I look "ripped" at 14% compared to my friend at 6% just because he simply has no muscle. And if you you're really that concerned than go and get it professionally tested. I'm willing to bet it knows better than having us just sit here and guess based off pictures.

    poorly....if that lol

Digital caliper will do better. I have both, and I can take a piss and that Omicron will drop .5%, no joke. Just get a digital caliper, try to be consistent where with your measuring spots and your good.

However both should just be used to gauge PROGRESS, not CURRENT stats

BF is ONLY a #: a barometer to help chart your progress. Electronic by a nutritionist is the best way to measure, but it's WAY too early for you to concern yourself with BF measuring; YOU NEED MORE MASS, get thee to the gym...

You look about 13%, but if you are really concerned about the % go get dipped in the tank for an accurate reading.
