    Can You Help

    So I have been using supplements for the last year to try and get rid of some stubborn fat on my body. I need extreem help. I am Not nasty fat but there is a pretty thick layer and i woudl like my muscles to be more defined. is there a steroid that is extreamly safe and fast acting for a problem such as i have? if so where do i get it? I want to be looking like i did in HS. I used to be a model and well after 3 kids and marriage it has all left me. HELP

    I say your first start would be looking in the diet forum for some great advice there. Diet and cardio will be the first thing you need to get started on. Do you currently have a cardio/diet routine?

    Diet and cardio. Go check out the diet forumn. Steroids won't burn fat.

    get a solid eating and cardio regiment then if your still not happy look into some alternate methods

    Clen will only assist you in cutting if your dieting is on point. Go check out the diet forumn before considering anything else. I can't stress this enough.
