best anti-e for cycle

I am confused as to what is "the best" anti e regimen. I have available:

Anastrozole - pills
Letro liquid
Nolva liquid
i-dex liquid

I have slight teenage gyno or at least fat around the chest. This is going to be my third cycle with test e 400 and tren 60ed.

WHat is the best anti-e plan. I am afraid I am going to kill to much e and limit gains.

400mg test a week in your 3rd cycle? i would think you would be using a little more by now. what anti-e plan did u use in your 1st two? 10mg nolva ED worked fine for me.

Yep, I'm running liquidex (liquid version of amiridex) and it's the best!!

liquidex/amiridex and letro are for estrogen blocking (bloat)
clomid/nolva are for gyno which you use for PCT
you dont use letro or amir for pct to restore your test levels.

nolva and clomid are SERMs, they compete with the estrogen for binding sites. Both nolva and clomid will help test levels rebound - good for pct. Dex is best for bloat. Letro almost totally shuts down your estrogen, used to try to remove existing gyno.

letro is 10-30x stronger then arimidex. im going to use it to get rid of some existing gyno and then run it at .25mg ed in my next cycle.

Aromasin could be good too, but everyone's diff. and that depend on how your body react. For me, Clomid is something i'd never touch since the sides scare the shit outta me. My eyes ain't that good already so i don't want to screw 'em more; on top of that, being an irritating/moody bitch ain't my thing ....so "best" does not not exist for me, but in your case, Nolva/aromasin....maybe letro too....

very true... but i like the proviron too w/ test......that thang's rocks! good for bumping your test level back and bloat too
