    Me too, my throat started hurting while I was working out lastnight..Today is hell. I take 2g of Vit C a day..I think I dropped 5 lbs of fluid overnight...sucks!

    I have that everyday. Cat allergies, and my girlfriend has a 30lb beast of a cat don't mix well.
