U need to go some where that does western Union... To my knowledge they charge you per the amount you are sending.

i have a credit card but i havent established my credit so its only a 200$ limit and the minium purchase is 200 so i cant use it.

MCTN: 10 digits (im assuming its on the paper i receive)
First Name: (the name i buy it in ?)

Sent to Name:

so i just fill that out and send it to the name they want me too?
