-Of course you would still have gains. Just have to realize the amount of empty calories in alcohol and the missed workouts a bad hangover will cause

Its not just the calories..its the alcohol that will throw you off. Messes with test levels and throws off protein synthesis for a few days..I think I remember reading that here..but I would be more worried about the actual alcohol than the calories

to the roid rage comment, I drank one time when I was on, had no problems till I got shit faced one night at my fraternity house and I went nuts, weirdest shit ever, it was test and tren, I was a mean son of a bitch, but I think it effects everyone differently.... I would recommend against it, esp. if you have a gf, wife, etc etc

On my last cycle I drank a lot. I wouldn't recommend it, but I still got some good gains. (18 pounds in 6 weeks). Workouts will always be shitty the day after drinking.
I have like zero self control when it comes to drinking..on or off cycle I am trying to address it myself..Drinking will kill gains at a celluar level if you drink more then 2oz of booze during any 14 day time..
I try not to drink anything but light beer if I take oarls like d-bol.
I love to drink...but when I train it's outa the question. I you are serious about where you want to go and what you want to look like, i would suggest learning self disipline and control.....this applies to the serious athlete.
Other than that....order it up!!!
I don't think a glass of wine every few days while off cycle would have any noticeable effect on gains. Moderation. Getting drunk is a different story, IMO.
I totally agree, when I was say 32-38 years old I could drink a twelver and go and run a 10 miler the next morning....at 7:00 am. But, if I could go back and do it again.....ohhhhh how much better I could have been.
2 lite beers, 2 glasses of wine...ocasionally you're good to go...in fact, my opionion it helps, it is a blood thinner. Get that heart pumping!
i plan my drinking when i dont have to train the next day..unless youre a full blown alcoholic, having a few drinks isnt the end of the world

last one, would 2 bottles of beer have that bad effect on mass gains... last 3 days ive started drinking 2 bottles a night just to get me to sleep... it doesnt affect me on training or eating right... should i stop it? im off as of now... tnx to any replies...
i have heard that alcohol messes up your metabolism.

Try melatonin, beer really is not a recommended sleep aid or try Dopa 400, it works for me...check the vitamin shoppe...gooogle it, i'm not trying to promote any company....don't need to.
