Winstrol and waking up with foot pain/cramping?

I'm once again noticing foot pain (almost feels like a cramp on the top of my right foot), every morning when I wake up. Once I start walking around, it goes away. Same exact thing happened on my last cycle. Anyone ever experience this? This only happens when I'm doing Winny.
