Ok besides the search results, i want to post this for exactly what the title says, to gain the knowlege from different bros who have done the exact same cycle as i just started, so i can critique mine accordingly and anyone else who reads this about EQ and all.
First is my stats, experience and how i reacted from past AS usage...
Current weight 241, walking around weight average 250 with no excersizing or specific dieting. 29 yrs old, 6 foot even, 15 to 20% BF, waiste line is a bit rough at 38 but the rest of me is pretty solid. (got a small pot belly basically). Done 3 cycles starting at age 25 and started working out at age 20 so 9 yrs in the gym with some breaks. First and best gains from a cycle was the famouse d-bol/deca/test stack. Went from 235+ to 270! The d-bols alone gave me over 15 pounds. I react well to AS with minimal sides. Ive used or tried most of the popular injectables and orals and have even bridged 2 cycles together and got the best strength gains to hit a 610 lb dead lift & a near 500 bench!. So; now thats its been 2 or 3 years since ive ran a true cycle,,,, HERE GOES MY QUESTIONS....
Im running test eneth at 975mg weekly and EQ at 650mg weekly for a good 20 to 25 weeks. Jumping with dbols for the first 30 days at 50mg ED. Now im shooting it by the days instead of the weeks to keep blood levels as even as possible. every 3rd day im shooting a cc & a half of the test and one cc of the eq. Both are 325mg per cc so thats how im working the numbers. I have 50cc's of each compund so whenever the test runs out (if i dont grab more) then that will be the end of the cycle.
Im looking for more quality muscle gains that will allow me to maintain more after the cycle and im not so worried about hitting a 500 pound bench. I would like my walking weight to be back up around 250 - 260 but in more solid muscle and less bloat. I dont mind some water retention off the test which is why im running EQ over Deca. I also do want to get close to maybe a 400 lb bench if not high 300's.
Now i believe my eating will have to be watched more due to EQ making u hungrier and im never one for diet unless its alot of meat and whole food. NO fast food or junk here but i do stray off on occasion.
Now as the title says what do you bros think i should and should not do during this cycle in food intake, workout program, etc?????
If i missed anything let me know and im looking foward to some good replies of other bros experiences with the EQ stack so i can gain the most!!
