    Waist size goes up while On!?!?!?!

    So i'm almost 3weeks into my Sustanon cycle running 150mg EOD. I was expecting my waist size to decrease while on. It seems to be getting bigger. Maybe its just me. Well my diet is about like so.

    Breakfast: Bowl of Raisin bran or eggs and wheat toast.

    Snack 1: Chicken breast

    Snack 2: Banana

    Lunch: 2 cans of tuna, bowl of veggies, and a couple of low carb tortillas

    Snack 3: Cottage cheese, yogurt and fruit mixed together.

    Snack 4: Protein Shake

    Dinner : 1 and 1/2 grilled chicken breasts and bowl of veggies.

    I am drinking about 2 gallons of water througout the day.

    your diet sux,you wont gain much if you eat that~! imo.

    As you grow so will your gluts. I'm not sure how you wear your pants but I know my pant size goes up as my ass grows.

    you are growing on cerial? you are eatting 1500 cals a daymax! i cant belive that you are gaining mass on that diet! it seems imposible!

    I honestly believe that this is the case because I can really tell that my ass seems firmer and quite larger! I was shooting EOD in my glute.

    I've gained 10lbs so far. My lifts are going up also. But I just can figure out why my pants are so much tighter.

    well.if you are gaining mass , it only makes sence that you pant size goes up , as well. dont you think???

    Haha true. But I've read many peoples logs and they lost a inch or so off their waste. I guess I just need to wait till PCT when i'll be running Var.

    Alex, that was just a general outline of my diet. I dont eat that exactly, I eat around that diet, so in other words I add a few things here and there. Like peanut butter or an extra protein shake and maybe even moms meatloaf

    steroids also increase bone density..although it may not be your waist that is getting bigger, its most likely your glute hammys and quads that are getting bigger and that may b why your pants are getting smaller

    Dude, there are guys on here that know a lot more than I do, so you should take advice from them. I have not done my first cycle yet because I wanna have everything in check first...especially my diet. My advice is at least 4,000
    calories a day, maybe even closer to 6,000. I would say about 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat, but people have a lot of different views on that. No matter what your goals are, having your diet in check is the most important thing. Good luck!

    maybe you're just bloating bro...it has happened to me. first time i did an omnadren cycle...i was bloated as a mofo. didn't fit into anything. after my cycle...my waist dropped down to it's original size.

    hasn't happened sinse i changed from arimidex to letro though. letro keeps me bone dry.

    Plus your abs do get stronger..
    My abs are huge.. i dont work them out.. but when i go to work i use alot of abs n back..its not heavy lifting but its constant.. my back n abs are HUGE!
    looks like i have a lil belly but its ROCK SOLID.

    Dont worry about it.
    Its not called a bulker for nothing..

    You will drop a few tons of water later.

    That diet is horrible for putting on LBM.. with your stats you are practically starving yourself. Eat man Eat. (put down more calories/sitting and keep the calories clean). I'd check out the "bulking stickie" in the diet forum.

    Btw your waist size is increasing more than likely because you are gaining Bodyfat. Your metabolism isn't having to work very hard with the diet listed and I'm sure it's very difficult to hold onto the muscle mass you have.

    On my last cycle my pants waist size went up 4 inches. I gained nearly one inch in the thickness of my wrists as well.

    Totally agree with ya bro. Even eating around that diet and adding a protein shake here and there, what's that, an extra 200-400 calories depending?

    think of it this way, if you've gained 10 lbs using your current diet. imagine hom much mure you will gain if you add another 2,000-2,500 calories a day...

    Well my original plan was to try and cut some fat while on this cycle. I decided not to go that route since I will be adding Anavar in week 6 and hope to then really lose most of the fat. I am now eating between 4500-5500 calories a day.


    Can someone please tell me if letro prevents gains? I have'nt really looked into it, but will if this is the case. Thanx everyone.

    It will suppress estrogen levels, that doesn't mean it will necessarily reduce gains. Try it both ways and see how it affects you. Keep the letro dosage low and work your way up if needed.

    I was running letro and my gains got better, I was standing still for 2 weeks during my cycle, when I used letro my gains started again and it looked way better to. So I say that letro help gains from my experience, but it made me tired and no libido at all. I was running it at 2.5mg ed for gyno treatment.

    its definetly water... dont worry about it.. I always notice that my waist + wrists get larger in a week or two after starting a cycle, no matter what I eat... (because of water).. and then at some point (maybe week 5) I notice that i start to lose waist (prolly fat burning) especially if not eating a ton.

    hmm... I'll have to disagree with this. If you are truely eating clean then there is no need for your waist size to increase. It has almost everything to do with what you're consuming as well as taking an AI for estrogen suppression(water retention).

    test always makes me bloated pretty quickly.. its very noticeable too.. Havent tried anti E's but the bloat doesnt bother me..
