Dude, there are guys on here that know a lot more than I do, so you should take advice from them. I have not done my first cycle yet because I wanna have everything in check first...especially my diet. My advice is at least 4,000
calories a day, maybe even closer to 6,000. I would say about 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat, but people have a lot of different views on that. No matter what your goals are, having your diet in check is the most important thing. Good luck!
