well to the last post above, letro is way too strong of an anti-e to be running during cycle. letro should only be used for gyno. there's no other justification to reducing your estrogen levels that low.
aromasin is a good alternative to arimidex as they are very similar in their effects and therefore interchangeable if need be in a regimen. however, at 500mg test a week, unless you're succeptible to gyno, i'd just keep an anti-e on hand and if the nips get sore, start taking them. unless you're at or over 1g/week of test, you simply don't need anti-e's and they will only hinder your growth.
additionally, aromasin or arimidex in very low doses is a better choice than nolva during a cycle because of nolva's negative effects on igf levels in the body. the only thing you have to watch with the aromasin and arimidex is lowering your estrogen levels too low.
again, with your cycle, i don't think you'd need it till pct. however, during pct, nolva is fine saying as you won't be needing the igf very much at that point.
