QV has been shut down by the U.S. gov't but I'm sure you can prolly still find some shit on the streets down there but at twice the going rate it was before.

I would stay away from QV. As USfighterFC stated, the feds shut down much of the industry (Google Operation Gear Grinder) south of the border. I would be highly skeptical of any products floating around now...Originally Posted by Oakley
