Well heres some new back pics... yea im pale i know lol... i try tanning like once week for 12mins but that aint cuttin it.... im not too worried about that anyway.... I feel like im making improvements... but am somewhat discouraged because results are slow and i feel like i pour so much into this sport especially with allt he cooking and carrying around all my meals... I eat 8 solid meals a day and macros are consitently 70-80gs fat 350-380gs protein and 350-400gs carbs... Im always intense with my workouts..... I just dont feel like im progessing like i want to... o well what do you think?
