    Some new back pics

    Well heres some new back pics... yea im pale i know lol... i try tanning like once week for 12mins but that aint cuttin it.... im not too worried about that anyway.... I feel like im making improvements... but am somewhat discouraged because results are slow and i feel like i pour so much into this sport especially with allt he cooking and carrying around all my meals... I eat 8 solid meals a day and macros are consitently 70-80gs fat 350-380gs protein and 350-400gs carbs... Im always intense with my workouts..... I just dont feel like im progessing like i want to... o well what do you think?

    Age, weight now, weight in the past, how long have you been training seriously, before pics? So we can tell you how much you are improveing...

    Nice photoshop pic by the way, traps look almost as big as mine do.

    Just turned 21.... 6'3 232.... training for 3 years very serious with 8meal a day diet for the past 2... let me dig up some b4s

    I think you look pretty good for someone natural at 21yrs of age. Keep it up and good things will come.

    Hey thanks man i really appreciate... I just get alittle down sometimes because i can sit here and honestly say i put everything into the lifestyle... Im 21 and dont drink but maybe one day a week, if i have a workout the next day i wont go out, I cook all my meals the night b4 and carry them around, i dead lift AND squat lol... the point im making is there is no factor i feel im missing... I try so ****ing hard and dont feel like i get a whole lot out of it.... But o well imdone sulking lol.... I guess itll all come with time.... ive always been a late bloomer.... and besides that.. looking big or not.. i just love to lift weights

    Im not saying your not busting your ass as hard as you can,but I know from my own expeience ther is always another level intensity and effort.I look back over the years when I thought I couldnt possibly have anymore to give and realize how much further i have came Iin how much I can push myself.Just remember there is always more to give once you believe ther is. BTW keep up the good work and where do u train?

    Thanks bro... and your absolutley right.... Ive been working on visualizing my workouts b4 i hit the gym... ill sit in my car with a cup of coffee for 10mins outside the gym lol.... I train at golds gym and the Y

    thats good,sometimes when Im running my dozer at work I will mentally go through my workout through out the day esspeically on leg day it really seems to help You seem to be on the right path stay focused it will all be worth it.Also I dont know how much u drink but 4 me even once a week thows my traing and eating out of wack.Remember Winners are simply willing to do what Losers will not! thats what seperates champions from want a bees

    awesome quote! i agree with him if you keep looking at last weeks workouts or lookin at yourself in the mirror every day its going to seem slow bro, look at ur journals or pics from a year ago, i guarantee that'll be some motivation thats what i keep doing and it keeps me going.

    gotta love those dozers grudge hell of a stress reliever

    i dont agree,unless he isn't training as hard as he says he is.If he has been eating that way for the last 2 years I would say looking at his current body fat % that any more cals would make him fat.jmo

    Yea im already at around 3300 cals per day.... im pretty clean but i guess all just have to get even cleaner ..... Im pretty hard on myself but looking again i dont think those pics are too good.......Ill post some later maybe when i get a tan..... Heres one in a shirt(Its al arge to you wise crackers ).... I guess i have desant thickness for 6'3
