hey im currently in PCT from a test E and D bol cycle.. but in about 5-6 months im gonna get started on yet another cycle. my question is, now that im up to a good weight and pretty built, what is a good mass building and cutting cycle in one???. i would like to add about 10lbs but stay shredded.. this last cycle i added about 20lbs but feel like ive added a good 4-5% of my total bf also.. thanks for the help.
