with all AAS usage aside, why do people have to cycle on and off of certain diets and workout regimens. what is it that burns us out after a 15 weeks or so of heavy training? why cant we remain at that week 7 peak forever? it seems to be different with cardio and conditioning. i know cardio burns you out too but it seems like you can keep your cardio great at all times if you put your mind to it. why cant we keep our physiques in peak-like condition the way we can keep our cardio in peak-like condition? or can we? i know genetics have a lot to do with it when it comes to physiques
