2 scoops whey
4 tbs peanut butter
2 cups Carb countdown fat free milk
1 cup plain yogurt
splenda to taste
870 calories...if it's too much use 1/2 cup yogurt and only 1 cup carb free milk
best I can think of is just using a coffee grinder to grind up your oats and then mix in some whey.... mix in a shaker cup and whalaa!
if u have a decent blender oats skim milk and whey ..easy way to get in clean cals

dude just eat a sh*t load of oats and milk. i don't cook mine just oats milk splenda and i eat it right away. it's sweet and tasty.
