    Am I ready

    Hello Guys....
    I just would like to know if i'm ready for my next cycle and it's suitable for me. I'm going to post some pic's of me, status, cycle, and diet.
    Status
    I'm 23 yr, 6.2ft, 216lb, bf% I think 15% look at the pics. target get leaner.
    Now the cycle
    week1-4: test pro 100mg/EOD
    week11-12:test pro 100mg/ED
    week1-10: EQ 100mg/EOD
    Week1-10 test ent 500mg/ week
    Week4-10: winny depot 50mg/Eod
    Diet:
    1.5X body wight= g protine
    1Xbody wight=g carb
    .25Xbody wight=f fat
    EAting is very clean

    Sorry i had to take the pic's by my self and I'm hairy.

    the eq needs to be ran for 12 weeks.........

    how many cycles is this for you mate?

    I did 2 simple cycles before. But I didn't know what i was doing. I got This recent status natural, no AAS was taken. I mean with Those 2 cycles I had very poor results.

    god your second cycle was a baaaad one for many reasons! Mind you your first was nearly as bad too! lol

    First I think you should extend your cycle by 2 wks to get the use out of the EQ and even test Enth. 2nd, regarding diet. 25g of fat is way tooo low especially when cutting. You need more good fats so include plenty of *****-3 in there. You will need at least 100g of fats. Keep saturated low.

    Also, you could include T3 in the cycle to help burn fat. 25mcg-100mcg per day, ramped up until your BP reaches close to 140/90 then dont go any higher on the dose.

    I think though, if the aim is to just get leaner, there really isnt any need to use a cycle like this as Im sure you can trim naturally with diet/cardio alone

    sorry got T3 clen muddled there my bad! with T3 ramp up the dose until you reach 98.3degs f then stay at that dose

    Thank you Dazbo For the information. Yah, I might extend the cycle, But I don't think I need the T3 and clen. BTW, I got 60 tablets of 10mg anavar.

    60tabs will give you 10days minimum of Var which would be pretty useless.

    AAS will reduce your thyroid output levels slightly causing you to burn fat less so you could supp with T3 @ 12.5-25mcgs to keep that up to at least normal ?? Anyone else have oppinions on that?
