When I flex my pec's they are solid. My question is, if someone has gyno would the tissue resembling gyno get solid like a flexed muscle? Or would it stay flacid?

gyno is a ball of hard tissue, it can not be mistaken for the muscles themselves because it is the gland behind the nipple that is enlarged and hard and it feels totally different from the muscle itself. I'm not exactly sure what ur getting at but if its how i'm understanding your question then gyno will feel like a hard mass of tissue behind your nipple, whether your flexing or not that does not change how hard or soft that gland is, if you have gyno that gland will stay enlarged and hard until you try and break it up with letro, or until it is surgically removed
read this maybe it will help

I know of a guy who had gyno once and it felt like a lump behind his nipple, even when he wasnt flexing.
thtas exactly what it is a LUMP in the nipple. If its still soft and tender then its still not too late.you can still keep it under control but if its hard and the nipples are looking bad then you need surgery.
thanks moto- you read it right.
am leaving this for Bino......the tit doctor
