Subscribed. Good luck. You should put on a lot of mass, then it'll definately be time for a cutter.

I'm always here to help a brother out.

You have a decent base to work with. The only thing really lagging would be the wheels. You need to hit these hard, maybe even twice a week. It will also help the rest of you grow.

This being your first cycle, you're at a prime time to make huge gains. I'm expecting a lot from you . Just about everyone wishes they could do their first cycle again, cuz either their diet was off/cycle wasn't optimal/training was lacking/etc. You never get that chance again to make the gains you could on a first cycle.

As far as your cycle goes, it looks pretty good. I'm not a fan of sustanon for first cycles, as I feel the esters in sust require eod injections for optimal results. However, if I were you, I'd extend my sustanon another 2 weeks to give the long esters a little more time to work. Then move the winny and PCT back 2 weeks to correspond. Just something to think about.

i should have posted this but its actually my second cycle. my first was done wrong....wish i knew then what i knew now....shit, if we all did right!

about 4 years ago i did a polysteron w/deca - no pct or anything...knowledge was now where near what it is now. decent gains but diet, training, mind and everything was lacking. so i lost pretty much everything...

so this is actually my second cycle and as you can see diet, and eveything else is in check...i will be concidering the sust suggestion as it makes sense with the long esters and i will adjust accordingly.

yea i know the wheels need help...i tore my cartalige in both knees about a year ago and im 6 months recovered....they are good now so i do plan on hitting them hard...

ill post my training schedule in another post...im using the guidline set in the AR front page...

im going to try and start logging my weight training to keep track...work is so crazy right now its enough to try and keep the diet and training much less log the sh*t

ill take about 5min and see if i can jot down the past week or so.

I'm all for good form bro, but you need to take advantage of this gear and go heavy to build some size. Keep form the best you can, with cheating only thrown in the end of an exercise to get some forced reps. Go heavy weight, fast on the positive side, and slow on the negative.

Also, don't do that many reps for a warm up, no matter how light it is. It will affect your strength too much in the later sets.

Strength looks pretty good scerpico, keep it up.

left work late last night around 10pm...ran him took 250mg's of sust chugged down a protein shake with oats and off to my buddies crib to watch the De La Hoya fight - WOW did he kick Majorga's ass...beat him the F up...

resisted the Hieni light and the fresh pizza...havent had a sip of Alcohol in 4 weeks...doin it right from now on!

woke up this AM, dropped some Dbol, Nolva, Multi V's and protein shake w/ carbs, NO Explode and hit the gym:

    Shoulders/Tri's

    Behind the Neck Press
    warm up: 95lb x 12
    set 1: 145lb x 8
    set 2: 175lb x 9
    set 3: 195lb x 7

    Upright Rows
    set 1: 155lb x 10
    set 2: 185lb x 6
    set 3: 185lb x 6

    Bent over Lateral raises
    set 1: 35lb x 10
    set 2: 35lb x 10

    Tri's

    Tri press
    warm up: 75lb x 12
    set 1: 95lb x 10
    set 2: 115lb x 8 - rep out presses to failure
    set 3: 135lb x 7 - rep out presses to failure

    Cable pushdown
set 1: 200lb (what it said on the stack) x 10
    set 2: 200lb x 10 - need to go heavier here

felt awesome when i was done...great pump, really feeling strong right now.

i felt like i wanted to stay and do more (time did not allow/had to get to work) but for next time - should i keep on...trust me i worked the muscles extremely hard and i really felt some good endurance so should i keep on?

do not want to over train, im trying to follow the program listed above found on the main page of the site, so let me know what you guys think on this...i want to take full advantage in the RIGHT way.

i also want to throw in some cardio but i do not want to loose ANY mass im trying to put on...is cardio out of the question when bulking lean or is it a good idea? if so how much for the week and when?

sorry for the rant...just really focused now and want the most out of it.

    thanks.

diet is pretty much on point still so food intake is good - im thinking to maybe up the cal intake, my body is getting used to the food now...i eat and im full for like an hour, then i start to get hungry again. within the hour...i make that decision towars the beggining of next week.

weight was 225.5 this morning May 9th - took measurments last night and will post them tomorrow so i can kep track.

    last night was back/calv

    chin up
    body wt x 8
    body wt x 7
    body wt x 6

    have to get stronger here

    bent over bb row
    135 x 12
    185 x 8
    185 x 8

back is starting to feel a little tight at this point

    lat pull down
    200 x 10
    210 x 8
    220 x 8

    seated rows
    200 x 10

just got back chest/bi's and really felt strong today

bad thing is i think ive developed a slight case of gyno, im starting letro tomorrow based on Bino's thread on Gyno prevention/reversal

the weird thing is its an oval lump off set to the left of my right nipple (lateral side) from what ive read it should be behind the nipple but it is not.

it is tender to the touch, although my nips are not sensitive...regardless im not taking any chances...letro begins tomorrow

    chest
    bench press
    wrm up 135 x 15
    wrm up 185 x 2
    245 x 10
    265 x 8
    275 x 6

    incline bench
    205 x 10
    245 x 6 - last 2 cheat

    db flys
    65 x 6
    65 x 6

    dips
    bdywt x 8
    bdywt x 8

    bi's
    bb curls
    wrmup 65 x 12
    95 x 10
    105 x 10
    115 x 8 - last 3 cheat

    db curls
    45 x 6
    45 x 8

done and home chugin down ON double choc with 6oz skim, 4oz water and dex

in all a great day except for the ****in gyno gettin me....

ive been on the letro now for 7days. the soarness in the right nipple area not there at all. the lump is flattened out...its still there but much flatter. im going to stay at 2.5mgs for another 3 days then ramp down to .25 ED through the end of the cycle then drop it when i start pct.

my diet has been very good and i enjoyed my cheat day on mothers day...moms cooking, you know you can pass that up.

keeping the diet at 3700cal ED - but like i said earlier my weight flucuated from 225 back to 222.5 in a week in a half...but i feel good and im very happy so far.

im heading to tampa this weekend with the little lady to get away for the weekend...ill be hittin the gyn on friday before i go, then monday when i get back.

    ill update next tuesday...

    almost forgot

    measurements as of 5/15
    bis - 16.25
    forearm - 13
    chest - 43.5
    waist - 40
    thigh 24.5
    calv - 15.5
