guys this is my last question about clen.. i have some clen that is liquid oral form.. how do i take this i have never took anything liquid oral.. do i jus drop it under my tounge or swallow it or how am i supposed to take it.. i know it may be a stupid question but i need to know. do i mix it with water or how do i take it?

mix it in with your protein.
take it by itself

Take it alone, and directly in the mouth. You're dealing with mcgs. here and mixing it in something only increases your chances of not getting full doses.
There is some sublingual uptake, but most people just swallow it, as Peump said just get it down.

Best to take it alone. I wouldn't mix it. Plus it's really good tasting.

Wil as we discussed do 1/10 of a CC maybe a little less to start if indeed it is what it says it is.

1cc of the solution he has is equivalant to 400mcgs. He should really be starting at around 30-40mcgs and then ramping himself up till sides are intolerable.
