PCT for beginner cycle

I'm running TestCyp at 400mg/week for 10 weeks and Dbol 25mg/day for the first 4 weeks. I am thinking of taking nolvadex 10/mg EOD from the beginning to the end of the cycle. Should I do that or not? I also have clomid for the PCT and I'm going to follow the recommendations on Steroid.com.

Is HCG needed or recommended for this cycle?

Get bloodwork before your cycle and again after PCT, to see where you are at compared to before in order to determine what you may need to do. Its good to know.

Keep track of your BP closely.

Take 10mg nolva ED through entire cycle up to PCT.

PCT starts 14 days after last injection due to the long estered test you are going to be using.


You might not need HCG for this. On hand is no prob but, I woudnt worry about it unless you wanted to run it the last two weeks of your cycle to speed up PCT.

Clomid Day1-100mg
Day2 through 30-50mg

Nolva Day1 through 30-20mg
10mg until you feel "normal"

I would take a week off beginning PCT and still keep cals high.

Yes you can run both for much better results to try to keep as much gains as possible.

yes but dont get the wrist ones, get the arm ones. They are more accurate. Take your BP often and average it out.
