first of all i am new here and never have done a cycle till now.i have several questions so please bare withj me.the dbol that i have is pink and my source said that they were russian which is not true.from researching on various web sites i found they are from thailand i think.they do not have the line down the middle and have a wierd emblem on front and back.they are octagon shape and he said they were 10s.the emblem that is on them looks like a cursive m w/a - beside it.i don't have a magnafying glass so i cain't get a good look at it.
next is the nandrolone decanoate it is in a 10ml vial and is by diamond pharmaceuticals.has anyone every herd of them.so my cycle looks like this.

2cc deca/wk
i will also be throwing in some test 300 or sus. 250.my source said test 300 is way better than the sus. 250 opions please.
let me explain this next part before i get into the pct.i did m1t for 3 weeks wanted to use the rest of the bottle since i paid for it...BIG ****ING MISTAKE.well the rebound from it has put a lump under my left nipple.i know i should have waited till the m1t cleared my system totally before i started my cycle BUT I DIDN'T so flame away.well long story short i have been on my cycle for around 1 week.it seems as tho the lump is getting a little bigger.
signs of gyno i know...but i havn't even felt anything from the dbol and deca yet"how long does it take to usually start seeing results"
now on to the pct.
i am going to do C-BINO i hope that's right recommended pct.
letro .25 ed then on my last day of the cycle.i am going to take .20mg for 1 week.then 10mg for another week,then coming completely off.

i may be off on some of those are just an estimate.i will get up to date stats mon.my lifts are as follows.
incline bench 325x5x3
decline bench 360x5x3
squat embarrased to say"i only do half squats"
curls 125x10
my diet is the best thing i have done so far.it is a moderate protein/high carb/moderate fat diet to gain lean mass.i am 230 now and want to be around 260 w/about 10-12% bf.i will change my diet as i see fit.so w/out further a due.here is my diet.all this is by trial and error.what works for me may not work for you.but i will say the cals are some where between 4k and 4500.
meal one- 10 egg whites or sometimes 40-60 gram shake
1 cup of cream of wheat
meal 2- 8oz of grilled chicken breast
8oz yam or sweet potatoe
meal 3- 8oz of lean steak (top round,flank,or london broil)
8oz potatoe
1 cup of steamed broccoli
meal 4- 8oz of ground turkey breast
8oz sweet potatoe or yam
1 cup of green beans
meal 5- 4 scoops of 100% whey protein mixed w/skim milk
1 banana
meal 6- 8oz grilled chicken
2 cups of white rice
as my app. increases i will add more meals...sometime i eat when i get up at night something fast and simple.
if i have missed anything please tell me.i look forward to making new friends
