    Injection pain question

I am into my 5th week of test e.I have been rotating delts for the first four but I deceided to do the fifth week in my thigh. The next day my knee was swollen as hell and I couldnt barely bend it.My injection was atleast 10 inches above my knee. The swelling is going down but I was just wondering if this is normal and if I should just stick with the delt shots. Thanks

If this was the very first time you injected in your quad then yes...... the muscle will stretch over time and the injections will not hurt.

Ive had similar problem with quad injections, personally i don't like them i prefer to shoot my delts, glutes,bi's and tri's,
like mudman said in time your quads will get use to it, its just virgin muscle.

I prefer quads....but they can be painful acouple days later. Personally, the pain tells me I am ready to gain muscle!

Quads were a bit painfull for me when I first started shooting them, but after about 4-5 shots, they are painless now. I shoot them a little more than halfway up from the knee and on the outside corner part of the quad.
