hey guys i had a question for all of you. My friend wants to use gear and i told him for his first cycle he should use test but i did know how much. Hes 6'2'' and 300lb and as far as his working out stats i'm not really sure but i do know that he has been working out for about 4 years. So my question is what advise should i give him and how much test should he take? any comments or answers would be great. thanks
