Is hydrogen peroxide ok to use as topical disinfectant for inj?

i usually use rubbing alcohol on the site prior to injections, but since i just got my b-12 today and realized i only have hydrogen peroxide, i was wondering if that's ok to use? i figure it should saying as it's an antiseptic, but just wanted to make sure there wasn't any reasoning as to why it might be a bad idea.

also, i'm assuming b-12 doesn't need to be refrigerated, right? just wanted to make sure cause it's my first time getting the injectable form.

I don't think the peroxide kills all the bacteria, I'd run to the store and get the alch.

Alcohol kills bacteria more effectively and evaporates at a much faster rate. Use the alch-it's cheaper than dogshiat bro and works better.

Alcohol is usually preferred, but hydrogen peroxide is fine. B-12 needs no refridgeration.

alright, i think i got all the info i needed. thanks guys. i was just hoping i could use the hydrogen peroxide cause i noticed i have 3 bottles (?) in my cabinet here. not sure why, where i got them from and for what, but figured i'd try to get rid of them. i'd rather play it safe though and get the rubbing alcohol.

i'm leaving right now to get some, after i finish typing this... well, after i finish typing, i'll put some pants on (cause i'm half naked right now), put some shoes on, drink some water cause i'm kind of thirsty, walk out the door and lock it cause i don't trust the neighbors, then get in my car and then i'll be leaving. so i guess i kinda lied, there's a process involved. sorry, i'm sick and i get retarded when i'm sick. to me, this is amusing right now. i think i have a fever...
